Komma
Live test on QuickStaging · Oct 19 – Nov 29

You ship. Komma takes it to its first 10 customers.

For each of your products, Komma finds where its buyers already are, runs four-week bets there and does the work. What has to come from your own account arrives ready to paste, and every paying customer is traced to the place that brought it.

For indie founders with 2 to 10 products

Shipping got cheap; finding customers didn't. Each product finds its buyers somewhere else, a forum for one and an App Store search for another, and each tool you add covers one channel for one product. Komma works out each product's own way to its first customers, then does the work.

  • Web apps, Mac apps and iOS apps, side by side
  • Revenue in Stripe, Lemon Squeezy or RevenueCat; signups in PostHog or GA4
  • Little time for marketing; you'd rather ship
  • Not for agencies, marketing teams, online stores or growth through paid ads

How it works

  1. 1.Connect your products

Give Komma each product's website. It reads the site and drafts who the product is for and which facts it can claim; you correct them. Then connect revenue and analytics, so Komma can count customers.

  2. 2.Komma finds the buyers

It searches where each product's buyers already are: communities, the lists AI assistants cite, partners, marketplaces. Then it proposes three or four bets that fit your week, and you start the ones you want.

  3. 3.Komma does the work

Every week it writes replies to fresh questions there, notes to the right people, launch kits, pages and posts; nothing goes out until you approve it. Then Komma sends the emails from your own address and merges the pages into your site. Reddit, Hacker News and forum replies come ready to paste.

  4. 4.It counts customers

Every place gets its own link, and the payment carries it back. After four weeks each bet is read on its numbers: keep it, give it two more weeks or drop it. The next round builds on what worked.

We're testing it on our own product first

QuickStaging does virtual staging for real estate agents. Komma starts it from zero: the goal is its first 10 paying customers from Komma. For six weeks Komma runs its marketing, four-week bets first and then more of what worked, and we compare it with the four weeks before. When it ends we publish the numbers, good or bad.

Questions

How much does it cost?
$49 a month or $490 a year for one workspace with up to 10 products, AI included. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. If you stop paying, Komma stops writing and publishing, but you keep seeing your results and your links keep working.
Does Komma guarantee 10 customers?
No. It's the goal Komma works toward for each product, and you see where each one stands every week, counted from real payments. We're running it on our own product, in public, first.
Does Komma post without asking me?
Not unless you let it. Every draft waits for your approval, and you can edit or reject it. Once you approve a channel's drafts untouched most of the time, Komma may suggest posting there on its own, with two hours to cancel each post. Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt and community replies always go out from your own account: Komma hands them to you ready to paste, with their link. Emails leave from your own address through your Resend account, when you press Send. A new page reaches your site as a pull request Komma merges once your checks pass.
Will it make things up about my product?
It writes only from facts you approved: features, prices and numbers taken from your site, each with its source. A draft that claims anything else doesn't reach you.
What do I need to connect?
Your product's website, then revenue (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, RevenueCat or App Store Connect), analytics (PostHog or GA4) and Search Console. A small script, komma.js, ties each payment to the link that brought the visitor. App Store sales don't say where they came from, so for App Store apps Komma can't yet count the paying customers it brought.
