Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial without a card, so you can try Komma before paying anything.
Your first payment
If Komma isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first charge, monthly or yearly, and you'll get the full amount back. No questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel any time from Billing before the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask
Email hello@getkomma.com from your account's address. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
