Terms of Service

The service

Komma plans and measures marketing for your products: it learns each product, suggests a weekly list, writes drafts with AI, publishes what you approve to accounts you connect, and attributes sign-ups and sales to the posts that brought them. Features may change as the product develops.

Your account

• Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, acting for themselves or a business.
• Keep your login secure; you're responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• Give accurate information about you and your products.

Your content and what Komma publishes

• You own your products' information and the posts made for them. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it with our providers and publish it where you told us to.
• Komma publishes only through the accounts you connect and only as your publishing settings for each channel allow. You're responsible for what goes out under your name and for following each platform's rules.
• AI drafts are checked against the facts you approved, but they can still be wrong. Review them before approving.

Acceptable use

Don't use Komma to:

• send spam, post from accounts you don't control or pretend to be someone else;
• make claims about products that you know to be false or misleading;
• break the law or a platform's terms, or attack or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, trial and payment

• One plan per workspace: US$49 a month or US$490 a year, for up to 10 products. A new workspace gets a 14-day trial without a card.
• Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, which also handles invoices and sales taxes. Polar's own terms apply to the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• When a trial ends without a subscription, a payment fails or a plan is canceled, the workspace becomes read-only: you keep seeing everything and your links keep counting, but Komma stops writing, planning and publishing.
• We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Ending

You can stop using Komma and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for you if you break these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. If we shut Komma down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.

Warranties and liability

Komma is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct but don't guarantee results such as sales, rankings or reach. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We'll email you before material changes take effect; the Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
